Resistance Exercises or PRE’s through weight training: Our close proximity to RMA Fitness Center allows us the opportunity to offer the full spectrum of wellness and fitness. A program of strengthening is developed and progressed by the rehab staff. Exercises are chosen based on the injury, phase of rehabilitation, and goals of the client. A vast array of equipment and manual techniques are used to provide the resistance.

FMS: A Functional Movement Screen can determine movement patterns and reveal any asymmetry.

Power Training: Power adds a time component to basic strength. Focus is on increasing the speed with which the body can move a force to help improve agility, speed, and vertical leap.

Core and Scapula Stability Exercises: Stabilization exercises help the body control it’s center of gravity over it’s base of support to improve agility and over all strength.

Therapy Balls: Performing exercises on an unstable surface helps to increase activation of the stabilizing muscles and improve on balance and kinesthetic awareness.
